From the majestic vestiges of the Great Temple dedicated to the god Amun in the ancient Pharaonic capital Thebes, today’s Luxor, to the island of Philae, an elegant site immersed in the deep blue waters of the Nile, arriving there after travelling along the placid stretch of the river that connects Esna to Aswan aboard a dahabeya, a traditional sailing boat with 6 cabins, to discover the Egyptian region of Lower Nubia in an intimate and reserved atmosphere.
A voyage that allows the traveller to glide slowly over the placid waters of the Nile on a cruise with the nuances of times gone by, enabling him to come into contact with the inhabitants of the villages and their centuries-old fishing and farming practices, and to discover the extraordinary beauty of some of Egypt’s most extraordinary archaeological monuments.
