A land of great rivers, dense mangrove forests and untouched, wild beaches, Guinea Bissau is home to one of the last terrestrial paradises on the Atlantic coast, the Bijagos Archipelago, the “Polynesia of the ‘West Africa”.
88 islands of extraordinary beauty off the coast of Bissau, of which only about twenty are inhabited by the animist population of the Bijago, between enchanted beaches and a primitive nature, where dozens of species of birds and dolphins, sea turtles and the very rare saltwater hippos live undisturbed. To access the environmental and cultural treasures of these remote islands, we propose an exclusive cruise in the small and comfortable “Africa Princess”. Four cabins for up to eight passengers who, sailing through the calm waters of the archipelago at night, will be able to enter the islands during the day to discover the rich endemic fauna and culture and local traditions. The ideal setting to unplug and relax, lulled by the lapping of the waves.
