All the best of the Ivory Coast in an itinerary that winds between modernity and tradition, between skyscrapers and clay huts, passing through lush forests, markets teeming with vendors and goods, bridges of lianas suspended on the rivers, and the enchanting beaches of the Atlantic coast. A unique opportunity to get in touch with the many ethnic groups that inhabit this territory, from Dan to Wè, from Baulè to Senoufo, up to Peulh and Akan.
We will go into the heart of the savannah, into the vast cocoa plantations and we will be surprised by the vibrant energy of Abidjan. We will admire the classical architecture of Yamoussoukro, with its imposing basilica, built on the model of St. Peter in the Vatican, and we will visit the Kong mosque, a striking example of Sudanese architecture on the bench. In the villages we will be able to observe expert artisans at work, attend acrobatic dances, divinations between spirits and fetishes, initiation ceremonies and the evolution of masks on stilts, protagonists of animist spirituality. Finally, we will conclude our circuit on the sea, between the wild west coast, the scenic Sassandra and Grand Bassam, historic city and ancient capital of the French Colony in West Africa.
