Day 3:

Lamu Island

By dhow to the Swahili village of Matondoni and the paradise beach of Kipungani.

 

 

Day 4:

Lamu/Manda Toto

From the lush mangrove landscapes to the coral reefs of Manda Toto, rich in underwater life.

 

 

Day 5:

Manda Toto/Kiwayu

Sail to the most remote island in the archipelago, stopping at traditional villages and for rejuvenating baths.

 

 

Day 6:

Kiwayu Island

Snorkelling, kayaking, walking or relaxing on this beautiful island far from the world.

 

 

Day 7:

Kiwayu/Pate Island/Lamu

Sail west to admire the imposing Siyu Fort on Pate Island.

 

 

Day 8:

Lamu/Manda Island/Shela/Lamu

The ruins of Takwa, the beach at Manda Island, shopping at Shela and sunset in the dunes.

 

 

Day 9:

Lamu (LAU)/Flight/Mombasa (MBA)

The Portuguese fort, the colonial houses of the old town and the spice markets of Mombasa.
