From the ancient caravan cities with their timeless charm, to the disorderly liveliness of Senegalese villages and markets, festive festivals of voices and music where you are not allowed to feel alone. An extended journey that in just a few days, a few kilometres and a river and border crossing, transports you from the desert to another world, with the Djoudj park, a paradise for birdwatchers, the colonial town of Saint-Louis, the imposing mosque of Touba, the pink lake and the ancient slave house on the island of Gorée.
