If you want to get to know Sudan better, you should not miss a trip to the kingdom of the Beja and Rashaida people, who come from the Arabian Peninsula and retain a strong ethnic identity and proudly maintain their traditions. From the lively markets of Kassala, almost on the border with Eritrea, we will reach Port Sudan, the pearl of the southern Red Sea, which boasts a particularly temperate climate, thanks to the high mountains that isolate the coast from the aridity of the hinterland, but above all offers, just a few metres from its shores, enchanting seabeds and some of the most spectacular marine parks in the world.
